It’s true! Spring is coming this week! Though the transition of seasons can feel slow-going, and like a bit of a one-step forward, two-steps back shift, yoga actually has some quite lovely techniques to carry us through these messy changes with more balance and equanimity. So, let’s meet up on the mat this week to move, breathe, and shake off any stagnant energy so that we can welcome the season of renewal.
