I have not needed to address this in quite some time, but, I must kindly remind everyone of our no-call, no-show policy. A missed appointment without communication will result in a 100% service charge.
To help you keep track of your appointment, we send three automated reminders:
• 48 hours prior
• 24 hours prior
• 1 hour prior
We completely understand that unexpected situations arise—illness, family emergencies, or sudden changes in schedule. We are always more than willing to reschedule when needed. We simply ask that you notify us with a quick text or phone call.
