My name is Shayla and I am a Generational Trauma life coach. I help those that relate to growing up with challenges associated with having a challenging childhood or upbringing. I help to educate others on the long term effects of having a negative mindset, struggling with anxiety, depression, or physical ailments. I am certified as a mindfulness life coach, Cognitive Behavioral therapist, Emotional freedom therapy practitioner, and Reiki master. My approach is mind, body and soul and I help my clients to understand how the effects of childhood traumas and current treatment from those we love and care for us, affect us mind, body and soul.
