Fall has this sneaky way of stirring things up. The light shifts, the air gets crisp and dry, and suddenly our skin, our sleep, and our nervous system are all asking for a little extra love. According to yoga and Ayurveda, these transitional times are when grounding practices matter most. They help us feel steady, warm, and supported as we head into the colder months.
This Sunday, we’re dropping into a deeply restorative 2-hour experience designed to bring your whole system back into balance.
We’ll begin with herbal oiling, a soothing practice that nourishes the skin, hydrates the tissues, supports the lymphatic system, and signals the body that it’s safe to relax.
From there, we’ll move into restorative postures that balance the vayus, support digestion and circulation, calm the mind, and help unwind tension held in the deeper layers of the body.
We’ll finish with sound healing, letting vibration and resonance guide the nervous system into a state of ease, rest, and repair.
This class is gentle, accessible, and perfect for anyone craving grounding, warmth, and deep nourishment. You’ll leave feeling softer, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
