🚫 4 Common Headache Triggers You Should Avoid! If you’re dealing with frequent headaches, avoiding these habits could help:

❌ Skipping eye exams – Poor vision or an outdated prescription can lead to eye strain and headaches.
❌ Staring at screens too long – Follow the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
❌ Ignoring hydration – Dehydration can cause tension headaches and dry eyes.
❌ Poor lighting – Bright overhead lights or dim workspaces can trigger headaches.

👀 Taking care of your glasses keeps them scratch-free and your vision crystal clear! Here's how to properly clean them without damaging the protective coating on your lenses:

✅ Use warm running water to rinse off dust and dirt.
✅ Apply a drop of mild dish soap to each lens and gently rub with your fingertips. A Q-tip may be helpful to clean the nose pieces.
✅ Rinse thoroughly and shake off excess water.
✅ Dry with a clean microfiber cloth. Never use paper towels, tissues, or your shirt – they can scratch the lenses or leave lint behind.
✅ And, remember to store your glasses in a case when not in use to prevent scratches and accidents – like sitting on them!
