Mid way through fall sport season and the kids are starting to feel it. Making sure they're getting enough rest and the proper nutrition is as important, for their performance, as practice!

The teen years can feel like a whirlwind—growing bodies, shifting hormones, endless sports practices, and late-night homework. For teen athletes, it’s all of that turned up a notch!
