This week we invite you to meet Julie Boothe, Life Enrichment Director, an integral part of our incredible team!

With 32 years of experience and a passion for helping others, Julie showcases our core values throughout everything they help our residents achieve.

Julie oversees the Life Enrichment department and leads a team of Life Enrichment Assistants. She creates monthly activity calendars for memory care and ICF/SNF units, offering a variety of engaging programs tailored to residents’ individual needs, including events, games, exercise, music, and outings.

She also manages the volunteer program, partnering with schools, churches, and community organizations to keep residents connected and engaged.

Julie collaborates across departments to ensure residents receive well-rounded support and meaningful experiences each day. She is passionate about building relationships, hearing residents’ stories, and ensuring families feel confident in their care.
