Join us on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at 1:00 PM at YRC Cinemas - Gloucester for an afternoon of helpful resources and entertainment.

Come meet local vendors and community organizations who are here to support seniors and caregivers. Learn about services that make life easier, safer, and more enjoyable — all in one place!

Our team engaged students and families with a hands-on activity, demonstrating how squeezing a stress ball can serve as simple, effective exercise to strengthen hand muscles, improve circulation, and support rehabilitation and wellness. It was a fun way to show that small movements can make a big impact on overall health.

This week we invite you to meet Amanda Walls, Admissions Coordinator, an integral part of our incredible team!

After earning her degree in Public Health from Liberty University, Amanda joined our team, inspired by a transformative summer internship that solidified her path after graduation. The hands-on experience confirmed her passion for serving others and providing support to residents and families during important transitions.

Amanda shares, “I love working with this population because I get to support residents and families during important transitions. I especially love working with residents because I get to learn from their life experiences, comfort them during times of change, and help shine a light on the value and meaning of their lives.”

Amanda’s journey holds special significance with a full-circle connection—her grandfather previously served as a consulting pharmacist for our facility. Carrying on a legacy of care and service makes her role here even more meaningful.

We’re grateful to have Amanda’s compassion, dedication, and heart for our residents as part of our team.
