Was 2025 a collection of seversl dumpster fires, that boarded the sinking Titanic, guided by the light of the exploding Hindenburg? Well, guess what? It’s coming to a close. Now, sure, the leap from Dec 31 - Jan 1 just one day slipping into another, but its significance has a function, just like the dumpster fires. Learn from them and let it all go. Bub-bye!

I don’t post here often because I’m simply just busy doing what I do and then go home… but I must say, being a registered expressive arts therapist brings me much joy. When you can help a client with using humor and empathic attunement to draw a goofy cartoon get to the bottom of some deep seeded pain, it’s incredibly rewarding.
