Oh hun, don’t worry. I got you. Tmj disorder can really be a bummer and effect your quality of living. It can be caused by a misalignment of the jaw, stress, and even pelvic floor distinction (no, really!).

Come in for a massage and we can work exclusively on your jaw and the supporting areas of the body, or receive a full-body massage with a little extra attention to your discomfort. I have plenty of do-it-yourself massage techniques techniques, and resources to send you home with such as functional dentistries and pelvic floor therapists.

Not many people think of asking their massage therapist to work on their ribcage, but the ribs are a magical bunch of bones that house the heart, lungs and diaphragm. Massaging the muscles that expand and contract the ribs can alleviate chest pain, and make room for better breathing. As the shoulders rest on the ribcage, this work can be very beneficial is relieving ongoing shoulder pain. This work involves addressing the front, back, and sides of the ribs.
