Beauport Ambulance proudly serves our community with trusted emergent and non-emergent ALS and BLS ambulance transportation, as well as safe and reliable wheelchair van services. Beauport provides service throughout northeastern Massachusetts amd Metro Boston.

Beauport Ambulance Service would like to recognize two outstanding employees - Wayne Gilbert and Alison Benson - who have gone above and beyond to ensure the smooth operations of our Marblehead and Swampscott contracts, as well as continuous effort in making sure shifts are staffed company-wide, especially on weekends.

Wayne has been a tremendous asset to Beauport Ambulance since his hire in October of 2022. Since being promoted to a Supervisory role, Wayne has lead by example and has been an integral part of our success in our newly acquired 911 Contracts of Marblehead and Swampscott. From his professionalism, compassion, and integrity, Wayne is the overall epitome of a Beauport employee.

Alison has been an excellent example of a compassionate leader. She continuously is taking the employees work health into consideration and always going above and beyond to ensure the employees have the resources they need. Allison also is a valued member of the Management Team where she works diligently on ensuring the weekends are staffed accordingly.

Thank you Alison and Wayne for everything you do for this company, day in and day out. Your effort and dedication to Beauport Ambulance is greatly respected and appreciated!!

Beauport Ambulance would like to recognize two outstanding employees by presenting them with the Clinical Excellence Award!

In November, Beauport Ambulance EMT Dave Raymond and Paramedic Samantha Clark responded to a 911 call for medical assistance in the Town of Rockport. When they arrived, they found a patient experiencing a serious cardiac emergency. While assessing the patient, he suddenly became unconscious and his heart rhythm become unstable. Dave and Sam immediately recognized that he was in a complete heart block. Using their state-of-the-art cardiac monitor, they initiated external cardiac pacing, an emergency version of an implanted pacemaker. They were able to quickly reverse the patient's condition, likely saving his life.

This is a great example of what being in EMS is all about. Congratulations to Dave and Sam! We are proud to have you on the Beauport Ambulance team!

Our own COO John Hatch was present this morning to represent Beauport Ambulance Service at the Greater Lynn Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee Meeting. Among the topics discussed were state economic development programs and Massachusetts business growth and expansion programs.

By being present at this meeting, John was able to gain valuable insight into how the Commonwealth of Massachusetts can help businesses grow and expand. Beauport Ambulance Service is proud to be a member of the Greater Lynn Chamber of Commerce and we thank them for this opportunity to be present!

👏 Employee Shoutout! 👏

We want to recognize Eve Gujral and Gavin St. Clair for their outstanding work during a recent psychiatric transfer from BMC Brighton to Pembroke.

Dr. Mimbella from BMC Brighton personally called to commend both of them for the exceptional professionalism, patience, and compassion they demonstrated while caring for a patient experiencing a mental health crisis.

Mental health calls can be some of the most challenging situations we face in EMS, and Eve and Gavin handled the call with calmness, empathy, and true professionalism from start to finish.

We are incredibly proud to have team members like Eve and Gavin representing Beauport Ambulance Service and providing the level of care our patients deserve every single day.

Today is National Employee Appreciation Day. Although Beauport appreciates our employees every day, today we want to reiterate our appreciation to our employees and all the employees in EMS. We are grateful at Beauport to have the most compassionate and professional technicians in the industry. If it wasn't for our employees, Beauport would not be where we are at today. Thank you to the hardest working employees out there!

We are proud to say that in the pilot month of our new HAAS Safety Cloud alerting software, we were able to alert 769 drivers of our incoming ambulances via direct notification and notification through navigation apps.

Mohaned Said and Frances Paik on A15 were on their way back to Gloucester HQ when they were driving by a vehicle stuck at the rotary. They offered to drive the party to his home since it was nearby so he could grab his shovel and then they helped free his car from the snow. He called to say he really appreciates what we do as a company and wants to thank those two for helping him out.
