From Schoharie to Fulton to Albany, the holidays were in full swing at The Arc Lexington! 🎄✨

Each of our sites hosted festive holiday parties filled with laughter, great food, music, and plenty of cheer. It was wonderful to see the people we support, families and our staff coming together to celebrate the season, share smiles, and enjoy time with one another in each community.

Moments like these remind us that the holidays are about connection, joy, and the communities we build together. ❤️

A special shout out to FLAME The Band and Patrick Michael del Rosario keeping everyone on their feet with the festive music. Thank you to Kingsboro Catering for the delicious food and Marriott Albany for hosting our Albany families.

We wish everyone Happy Holidays!

Santa’s little helpers were everywhere at Santa’s Workshop this weekend — and they brought the holiday magic with them! 🎅✨

Over two days, we welcomed more than 400 people to the Paul Nigra Center for Creative Arts and our Schoharie location for festive activities, photos with Santa, and a delicious hot breakfast.

One of the best parts? Seeing so many of our Lexington staff and their families enjoying the experience together. It’s always special to connect outside of work and see the joy shared between coworkers, kids, and loved ones.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the weekend truly memorable. We’re already looking forward to next year! 🎄

It was truly a special day at Lexington.

We were honored to welcome the Justice Center’s Acting Executive Director Maria Lisi-Murray and members of her team, who traveled to be with us in person to present a statewide Code of Conduct Award during our Nurturing Environment meeting. Their presence made this recognition especially meaningful and showed how deeply the work of our direct support professionals is valued across New York State.

We are grateful to the Justice Center for shining a light on the importance of this work and for giving us the opportunity to celebrate together.

During the presentation, Mina Porter was honored with the statewide Code of Conduct Award. Mina reflects the spirit of Lexington through her steady presence, her commitment to each person’s well-being and her dedication to upholding the Code of Conduct with integrity and compassion.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Justice Center, Acting Executive Director Maria Lisi-Murray and her team for joining us in person and recognizing the impact of our staff.

Congratulations to Mina on this meaningful statewide honor. Our entire Lexington family is proud.
