This pose helps build leg strength, improve hip and pelvic mobility, and supports balance, posture, and focus.

Spring strength, your way 🌱💪

Looking to build a little more strength in your practice? Try adding light weights—an easy, effective way to deepen your flow and feel the difference.

Flow from tabletop into spinal balance with 3–5 lb weights: row in, tricep extend, reach long… then draw elbow to opposite knee and round into a tuck before re-extending.

Start with 5–6 reps each side.
Want more? Build to 8–10 reps or add another round 🔥
Bonus: keep that back leg lifted the whole time for extra challenge.
