I wanted to share a little update and let you know how excited I am to continue serving you and our community.

For those of you that don’t know me, I’m a licensed massage therapist with 14 years of experience, specializing in deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, hot stone massage, Swedish relaxation, and medical massage.

I’ve recently expanded my space to make it more peaceful, welcoming, and comfortable—somewhere you can truly relax, feel safe, and focus on your healing. This growth is really important to me. I’m here to thrive, to build something meaningful, and to create a space where people can come to feel better in their bodies and their lives.

I’ll also be adding more services and experiences soon so I can support you in even more ways. My goal is to offer both therapeutic care for pain and recovery, and relaxing, spa-like experiences that help you slow down and reset.
