Yesterday we spent some time volunteering at the Cornerstone Ranch, and it was such a grounding experience. Being outside, helping others, and connecting with animals reminded me how powerful it is to slow down and do what truly makes you happy.

As we welcome the year ahead, I’m excited to remind you that Hot Stone Massage and Cupping Therapy are now available as new services. Hot stone massage uses warm stones to melt away tension and promote deep relaxation, while cupping therapy helps improve circulation, release tight muscles, and support overall healing.
Lastly, I’ve opened additional availability on Thursdays from 1:30–6:00 PM. If you’re interested in booking during this time, feel free to reach out. 🤩
