How to pick things up, without…misaligning your SHOULDER and NECK!!!
Shoulder misalignment doesn’t “just happen.”
Most of the time, it comes from picking things up in ways our bodies were never designed for. When we lift with poor mechanics—shrugged shoulders, collapsed posture, no engagement from our back—we end up overusing the tiny stabilizers of the neck instead of the big, powerful muscles of the upper back.
When you stabilize your shoulder through the strength of your back, everything changes.
Your movement becomes supported. Your neck doesn’t have to grip for dear life. Your body stops compensating… and starts aligning.
