The Spring Jubilee at Brighthaven Farm was such a beautiful experience ✨

The sign I hate the most?
Physical pain.

What are you ignoring right now… before it forces you to listen?

It doesn’t start with pain.

It starts subtle:
a feeling.
a nudge.
a knowing.

Then it shows up around you:
repeating numbers,
animals,
random objects,
dreams you can’t shake.

Things that make you pause and think,
“Okay… what is this trying to show me?”

But if you keep brushing it off,
it doesn’t stay gentle.

It turns into something you can’t ignore.

For me, it was physical pain.
A sprained SI joint that literally took me out
and forced me to receive help.

No more pushing.
No more hyper-independence.
No more ignoring.

By the time it reaches your body…
it’s no longer a suggestion.

So I’ll ask you again:
