Consistency > intensity. Join us for our 2026 Spaceflow Challenge, starting February 1.

The rules are simple: put your name on the board in the studio to join. Add a sticker every time you attend class.
Most classes attended during the month receives a special gift (plus all of the benefits of a regular yoga practice 🙌✨) All classes and workshops count towards the challenge.

Yoga isn’t just about flexibility.
It’s not just about building strength, sleeping better, easing back pain or reducing stress. All of these things can be true, but they’re a side effect of what’s really happening. The deeper meaning of yoga is to be less reactive, more compassionate, disciplined, refined, and focused.
