Led by an experienced mental health professional, our unique retreats encompass therapeutic group support to focus on women’s journeys, mindfulness, and self-discovery. Our retreats are perfect for women who are experiencing burnout; life transitions such as motherhood, divorce, grief & loss, and those struggling with work/life balance who could benefit from self-care and extra support. Our retreats include luxury accommodations in a retreat home, nourishing family-style meals, holistic healing modalities such as therapeutic group process, meditation, sound healing, behavioral astrology, nature hikes, and intuitive readings.

Retreats are facilitated by Rachel Greene, MA, LMFT. Rachel is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in MN and coming soon-AZ. She has over 25 years of experience in the mental health field and is also an Intuitive. Rachel utilizes her intuitive and channeling abilities in group sessions to assist in the healing process, and to help find the answers that lie within. She is skilled at connecting with people and offers insight with compassion, authenticity, and a depth that resonates with the soul. Women are caretakers for so many people; our retreats allow us to hold space for women in need of nourishment and replenished well-being of the soul.
