It looks like there will
Be some construction this spring and summer. It looks like the ramps to Carlson Parkway and 394, and 394/494 intersection will be under construction April-November. They are not clear exactly when during this project the ramps will be open or closed.

It’s that time of year again. The temps will get a bit chilly this weekend. Plymouth sports dome is open! The plymouth community center track is open year round! I would guess the other local indoor tracks are open for the season as well. Dont let cold weather get in the way of your walk, run, or stroll. These are free to use indoor tracks!

The domed fieldhouse offers a state-of-the-art artificial grass field, which provides a much truer bounce for balls than other types of artificial turf. Golden Valley, New Hope, and Crystal are having water problems. Don’t use the tap water without boiling it first! (If you have water)

Residents are asked to not drink tap water unless it has been boiled for one minute while the advisory is in place.

In an attempt to diversify the sport of running, and encourage women to try the sport of ultra running, women who sign up for their first ever 50K get free training.

Last year, we launched a campaign to invite women to run an ultra with us. "50 Women Run 50K" was more than just a slogan. When race day came, 40% of our ultrarunners were women - and we're not stopping there.

As I settle into a new location, it will take awhile to get my information changed across the internet.

The land line 763-231-0143, will no longer work.

Current phone number is 612-702-9206. Most of my current patients already have this number. It is also one of the numbers listed on the Kelly Chiropractic website.

It is basically on the northwest corner of 394 and 494. About 7-10 minutes from my old office. It is close to the Carlson buildings.

When you get there:
When facing the building. Go to the green awning that says 600, on your left (there are two awnings on the front of the building). Enter through the door under the left Green awning with 600 printed on it. Go up the stairs. Take a right to U turn around the railing. Go to the end of the hall, I will be on the right.
