There are SO many good options for protein balls out there today!! Here's another one for us!! 🥰💪👊

Ingredients:
▢ 1 cup Organic Rolled Oats
▢ 2 scoops Organic Vanilla Protein Powder
▢ 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
▢ ½ cup Almond Butter (slightly warmed so it's easier to stir)
▢ ¼ cup Mini-M&M's
▢ ¼ cup honey
▢ 1 tablespoon almond milk

Mix all ingredients. Roll into balls. Refrigerate for at least 1 hr. Enjoy!!

HOMEMADE Southern Cheese Crackers!! How delicious!! 🧀🧀

Ingredients:
2 cups freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 tablespoons salted butter, softened
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Beat the cheese and butter together until fluffy, about 3 minutes. Mix in the salt, cayenne, black pepper, garlic powder, and pecans. Add the flour 1/2 cup at a time, stirring after each addition until the ingredients are well combined and a dough forms.

[Note: Robyn says you can stir in 1-2 tablespoons ice water to the dough if your cheese is on the dry side or pre-shredded.]

Shape the dough into two 1-inch diameter logs. Wrap in parchment or plastic wrap. Twist the ends and refrigerate 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Cut the log into 1/8th-inch thick slices and place 1/4" apart on the prepared sheet. Makes 40-60 crackers.

Bake until light golden brown, about 15 minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely. The crackers will keep in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

How about some easy Chocolate Brownie Energy Balls today!? 🍫🍫

Chocolate Brownie Energy Balls
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
2 pinches fine sea salt
1 cup chopped Medjool dates
1 heaping tablespoon vanilla almond butter (such as Justin's)
2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon espresso powder
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Whir the sunflower seeds and salt in a food processor on high until finely ground. Add the dates and almond butter. Process until the dates are finely chopped and evenly distributed. Add the cocoa powder to the food processor bowl. Stir together the vanilla extract and espresso powder, pour into the mix. Process until the mixture holds its shape when pressed together. Use the pulse button to incorporate the mini chips.

Portion using a small cookie scoop or teaspoon, then press together and roll into 1-inch balls. (makes 20-24)

Store in the refrigerator.

**The espresso powder is there to boost the flavor of the chocolate. It was important to me that these taste like chocolate - not like dates. I like dates, but these are BROWNIE energy balls, and chocolate needs to be the overriding flavor. There's not enough in here to make your kids go crazy or keep you up at night, but there is enough to give a little oomph to the cocoa.

**Salt is also key here. Don't skip that second pinch of fine sea salt!! ☺️
