How about a pumpkin spice chai latte that is easy to make AT HOME?! 😍

Ingredients:
• 1/4 tsp fresh Ginger - ground
• 2 TBSP Loose leaf black tea
• 1/4 cup Pumpkin puree
• 1/8 tsp Black pepper optional - ground
• 2 TBSP Brown sugar
• 2 Cardamom pods - green
• 2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
• 1 Star anise
• 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
• 2 cups Milk (or plant based milk)

How to make:
Step 1: Combine spices, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and brown sugar in a medium saucepan.
Step 2: Cook on medium-low heat until fragrant and darkened in color. Stir frequently to prevent burning.
Step 3: Pour milk into the saucepan and stir well to combine. Heat on medium heat until it simmers and rises up in the pan. Be careful so it doesn't spill over the edge of the pan.
Step 4: Sprinkle tea leaves or drop tea bags into the hot milk. Cover with a lid and let steep for a few minutes.
Step 5: Strain the chai tea through a strainer into a larger glass if you want to froth it. Otherwise strain it right into a large mug.
Step 6: Froth the pumpkin spice chai tea latte with a whisk and pour into a cup to serve. Alternatively, you can top with frothed regular milk for extra foam.

TIS THE SEASON for a Pumpkin Spice room spray!!!

What you'll need:
🧡10 drops Cinnamon essential oil
🧡10 drops Orange essential oil
🧡10 drops Clove essential oil
🧡10 drops Nutmeg essential oil
🧡2TB witch hazel
🧡Distilled water
🧡8oz dark glass spray bottle

1. Add the oils to the glass spray bottle and fill the rest with dist water.

2. Place cap on top and shake.

3. To use, shake before each use and spray around the room.

Ok how about another fall DIY for us....LOOK at these!! Little painted acorns are you kidding?! AND we can use them as natural diffusers. 🧡💛🤎

What you'll need:
Acorns with caps
Craft paint
Decorative bowls
Cinnamon, Orange, Nutmeg & Ginger YL Essential Oils

Paint the acorns the colors of your choice. Drip the essential oils of your choice on the acorn caps. Put them in a decorative bowl anywhere around your house!!

How about a cute Fall DIY? Diffuser Pumpkins!! SO EASY!! 🧡

What you'll need:
Foam pumpkins of any size
Fabric scraps large enough to cover the pumpkin
Cinnamon sticks
Burlap leaves
Jute twine
Hot glue gun
Cinnamon, Orange, Ginger, & Nutmeg YL Essential Oils

Assemble the pumpkins. Drip the oils on the stem, leaf, or twine. Enjoy!!

Ever taken a FALL THEMED soak? Me either!! How simple but how gorgeous!! Self-care is so important. 🧡💛🤎

Here's a simple recipe for a natural and healthy Fall Soak:

2 cups bath salts of your choice
1 cup Milk Powder (or coconut milk powder)
1/4 cup Natrasorb Bath Powder
15 drops Fractionated Coconut Oil
10 drops YL Vanilla essential oil
10 drops YL Copaiba essential oil
5 drops YL Nutmeg essential oil
5 drops YL Orange essential oil
5 drops YL Lemon essential oil

Mix together and store in an air tight GLASS container.

Place 2-3TBSP into a warm bath and swirl the contents around with your hand.
