Meet Tina Adams, RN Case Manager and proud Veteran on our Moments Hospice team.

“I joined the military to see the world. I knew right out of high school I wanted to work in the medical field, so I became a Combat Medic. I was serving during 9/11 at Ft. Campbell, KY — it was incredible seeing the world come together and unite as one. My time in the military taught me to always hold myself to a high standard and never lose my integrity.”

Today, Tina brings that same dedication and strength to her patients, providing compassionate care with honor and heart.

Meet Tim Heller, a proud Veteran and valued member of the Moments Hospice team.

“I grew up in a small Iowa town and wanted to see the world. My service took me across Europe — from the joy of Oktoberfest, where I saw the kindness people share, to visiting Dachau, where I witnessed humanity’s darkest side. Despite it all, I still believe in the goodness of people.”

Today, Tim brings that same compassion and understanding to his work, connecting deeply with the Veterans he serves.
