Fun testimony from one of customer’s.
“Hi
My name is Bill, I have one of those medical problems that “hippa” won't let me talk about! The dreaded D (Diabetes).
I first came upon the foothugger brand of socks at the MN State Fair many years ago, the foothuggers socks caught my eye because they looked and felt like warm and comfortable socks. I took a leap of faith and purchased several pairs and was very pleasantly pleased with their fit. When you have size 12 not all socks fit as they claim.
The socks have been easy to put on, they have been warm and comfortable to wear all day they wick moisture from my feet and hug the foot, but they don't pinch my legs with the indentation ring around the ankle when you take them off at night.
On long cross country trips, I will wear the bootsocks which come up to my knees and give me added support and compression to help with the long days driving, and a long flight to Scotland several years ago.
Foothuggers is my brand of choice.”

The history of foothuggers socks. In 2001 my mother and I started making the socks…. Just like Henry Ford told his customers, “You can choose any color long as it’s black.”😉 I remember wearing them that winter and recognizing that our feet felt the difference and knew that there was something different about these socks. We recognized that “warm and cozy” was not just a statement but a genuine feeling. Now to 2021. Holy cow. All of the incredible stories from my customers along the way have been amazing. I would like to share a story from my customer, Maria….
She discovered the products online and ordered not knowing if they were going to work. Well, 10 years later she has been a truly loyal customer and still loves the products this is a testimony from her.
“Your products are THE BEST in the market! I want to thank you for the hard work and ethic you put in all you do. I have to tell you that I had so many tears of joy when I got my last order. I have been waiting for several years to have again in my hands your amazing lifesavers socks, arm huggers, and wrist huggers. All these products have made and continue making my life better to live. I suffer from Raynaud’s disease, fibromyalgia, RA, osteoarthritis, Hashimoto’s, neuropathy, and last Sjogren’s. Your products help me with all the issues that most of these diseases bring to my everyday life. I wear them 24/7. In the time you were not able to sell online your products I tried so so many of the ones out there just to see if they could bring some relief to me but none of them helped, so I continue using the ones I got from you even they were so worn out. I kept using them every second of every day for the past 3 years. Thank You!”

Back in the late 19th and early 20th century, it was common for boys to dress in pink and girls in blue. The reason is PINK was associated with red which was known for strength and bold and blue was associated with delicate and dainty. I love this and the PINk ribbon is a symbol for BREAST CANCER. This is going out to my PINK warrior friend in Texas!!

Great testimony from a Raynaud’s sufferer….. always learning about Raynaud’s from my customers. Thank you Kellie, for being honest and your kind words.
“Just wanted to let you know my thoughts now that I’ve gotten a chance to wear them f few days. They are amazingly comfortable and cozy. I expected the seams especially the one around the heel to really bother me, but not at all the fit is perfect without being too constricting or too loose. I also was a little concerned about the fuzzy inside and that might lead to sweating which would make me cold, but that’s not the case at all.
As for warmth I would say they keep me warm if I am already warm, I still need to be very aware of keeping my core warm though. If I’m cold to start they don’t make up for that. It’s an internal cold that’s hard to explain. They are cozy though while I try to warm up my core though. These are definitely the best pair of socks I own, hands down.
Compliments of your workmanship.”

Throughout my conversations and experiences with my customers, I’ve learned about many autoimmune diseases. When it comes all there is to know well I don't!! All I know is the relief my customers get by using Huggerwear. This batch is going out to my customer, Maria who has Sjogren's and lives out in Utah. She has been a long-time user of FootHuggers socks. I am so blessed to know her and walking with her and her journey.

Yesterday was my birthday…. A birthday that I am so grateful for. Having gone through cancer has brought me here. A place of absolute gratitude for all of my tribe. That is my family, friends and my customers who have a need and I get to full fill that. Before my cancer I asked God to help to "walk the walk” and “talk the talk”. One of the major reasons customers get my products is Neuropathy. Well now that I have and am going through neuropathy, I get it. I am not here to profess that I understand all medical ailments but I will listen and I will do everything I can one person at a time to experience the HUGGERWEAR difference.

Everyday Gaiters, Company knows that enjoying the outdoors is a beautiful and healthy part of life. My company is based in Minnesota and I am familiar with how harsh the weather elements, snow, ice, rain etc. can be. I have designed many unique products to keep you comfortable, dry and when needed, warm, so you can get back to appreciating Mother Nature.
Everyday Gaiters, Company started out in 1997, because, as a mother, I wanted to solve the problem of keeping snow out of my children’s boots. I was motivated by the familiar quotation, “Necessity is the mother of invention". I thought that I cannot be the only mother who has this issue of trying to keep her children’s feet warm and dry.I looked at ‘mom-and-pop’ stores in Minnesota and online, and searched for a product at major name brand stores. I found no information for material or products to keep feet dry and warm.I researched fabrics and taught myself how to sew. I named my first product “Alli-gators”.In our first year of production, I was able to get my initial and only product at that time, Alli-gators, into the prestigious 1997 Minnesota State Fair.
Today I have expanded the product line to include apparel for your entire body: feet, hands, head and the important ‘body core’, to keep you, our customer, warm and comfortable in any environment. I know you want to be more comfortable while working or playing outdoors.
Explore my website to view our complete product line, and also learn about the many health benefits of our products.
Everyday Gaiters, Company continues to grow while maintaining our manufacturing in Minnesota. My company is proud that all of our products are made in the USA.
