It's not a coincidence that about 6 weeks after the New Year, we always have a big influx of PT clients. People did minimal training towards the end of the fall and through the holidays, but get motivated to get moving when January 1st hits. The problem? They try to jump back into mileage way too quickly (*enter needing PT by February or March*). Don't be that guy.
Not sure how to get back into things and appropriately ramp training? Our three coaches currently have a couple of slots available.
If you do end up being "that guy"... we'll see you in a few weeks in the clinic.
