Attention Burrito Leaguers!

Reposting this graphic from to remind you to be smart over the next weeks. Because of the way that bone metabolism works, bone stress injuries tend to appear ~4 weeks AFTER a training load error. So if you did something a little silly in January, make sure to be smart this February!

It's not a coincidence that about 6 weeks after the New Year, we always have a big influx of PT clients. People did minimal training towards the end of the fall and through the holidays, but get motivated to get moving when January 1st hits. The problem? They try to jump back into mileage way too quickly (*enter needing PT by February or March*). Don't be that guy.

Not sure how to get back into things and appropriately ramp training? Our three coaches currently have a couple of slots available.

If you do end up being "that guy"... we'll see you in a few weeks in the clinic.

Congrats to Golden Endurance coaches Mark Marzen () and Sammie Lewis () for both going sub-24 at the Bear 100 the past weekend!

This was Mark's TWENTIETH 100 mile finish and Sammie's 1st. She ran the fastest 4th female time in Bear history in her first mountain hundred (aka this sport is just continuing to get FAST).
