Stitch Is the viral Ordinary Peptide Hair Serum worth it? I'd still use topical minoxidil over this any day but I think this could be a good compliment to any hair loss routine.

Derm's favorite body washes! Have you tried any of these?

These are my top shower tips:
✅ Use lukewarm water, not hot. hot showers strip your skin barrier faster than any “harsh” cleanser
âś… Hands loofahs: washcloths, sponges, and loofahs can be abrasive + harbor bacteria
✅ You only need cleanser on the “dirty zones”: armpits, groin, feet, and skin folds (arms/legs usually just need water)
✅ Keep showers short (5–10 minutes) — longer = more transepidermal water loss
✅ Skip daily exfoliation — 1–2x/week max if you exfoliate at all
✅ Pat skin dry (don’t rub) with a towel
✅ Apply moisturizer within 3 minutes of getting out to lock in hydration (“soak & seal”)
âś… If your skin feels tight after showering, your cleanser is too harsh
✅ Body acne? Cleanse after shampoo/conditioner so residue doesn’t sit on your skin

The MAJORITY of popular lip balms contains ingredients which just make dry chapped lips worse in the end. They have irritating ingredients (which feel good when first applied) but in the long run create this cycle of irritation which is why many feel "addicted" to chapstick.

For example: menthol, camphor, peppermint or spearmint oil, eucalyptus oil, citrus extracts (like limonene or citral), fragrance/flavor compounds, phenol, salicylic acid, propolis, and chemical sunscreen filters such as oxybenzone can all be irritating or sensitizing in lip balms, especially on compromised or chapped lips!
