First 2024 Newsletter!
My year in review brought up memories of family, and laughter, with a visit to the State of Georgia for a needed family reunion. My children and I went to Georgia in July to visit with my parents and sisters, and their kids (which many are in their 20s now, so not kids anymore, but young adults!). The last time we were all together was at my oldest daughter’s wedding six years ago. It had been way too long since we had seen each other, and our visit ended way too soon.
The rest of the summer flew by with a needed knee surgery for my oldest son for a torn meniscus. My youngest son started Warren Tech for his Junior and Senior year of High School; he is taking Aviation Tech which he hopes to get a job (which is very likely, as many companies are “hiring off the floor” before technicians graduate) in the field to pay for a his Pilot’s license—oh, and he spent a week this summer volunteering at Air Adventure in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, an air show, event, and yes, an adventure all about flying airplanes.

New Office hours
I’m in the office for Craniosacral Therapy (CST) Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday and every other Friday. Friday’s are my overflow day, and I book in clients manually. So please text me if Friday’s are the only days that work for you and I’ll let you know my availability. The Summer was slower, which was great for taking vacations, and my schedule is no longer booked out 2 months, so you are very likely to find an appointment sooner than 2 months out.
CST Office Hours:
Tuesday 9am to 3pm
Wednesday 12pm to 5pm
Thursday 11am to 6pm
Friday Varies, text me for info.
If you are already scheduled outside of these hours because you booked out several months, don’t worry, those appointment times will still be honored—no need to change them!
Join My Mighty Networks Group
It’s finally here! I know I have promised to have these monthly talks, but life got really busy with my family. Now that my CST practice is slower, I have been able to make space in my schedule to move forward with this venture. For decades I have been asked to write a blog, have a vlog, or teach online—and now technology can streamline this possibility for me. Please bear with me as I learn the technology—I’m excited to spend this time with you.
Once a month I will have a live talk on Mighty Networks on how to keep your family healthy holistically, using homeopathy—I’ve called these talks Sovereign Parenting, learning to use homeopathy that empowers you by having a readily available choice when illness occurs in your family.
The first scheduled video live talk will be on Friday, January 12th at 10am (MST), and will be ongoing on the second Friday of the month. The topic will be all about colds and flu season, and will also cover homeopathic options for Covid, and RSV. Cost is $20 each talk and you can share the link with friends and have them sign up for my Mighty Networks group as well. My Mighty Networks Community is free to join, but there is a fee for certain online sessions, but not all, and you can choose which ones you would like to attend.

New Year Homeopathic Coaching Prices in 2024
Starting in 2024 Initiating Homeopathic Coaching prices will increase to better reflect the time investment I give to start you on your homeopathic journey. Most Homeopaths in the area charge $300-$600 for the initial appointment, then charge $150-$200 for follow up appointments; I charge a lump sum for the initial intake appointment and 3 monthly follow ups. I choose to spread it over 4 months, because so often it takes 6-8 weeks to see changes, and up to 4-6 months to have your quality of life shift dramatically. I also spend time re-educating my clients on how, and why, the immune system works and how you as the client can change habits around illness and detox—this helps to safeguard your (or your child’s) microbiome, avoid unnecessary destruction to your health with the overuse of antibiotics, antipyretics, and other medication.
I make myself available to my clients at all hours via text to help them through acute illnesses with homeopathic remedies. My Homeopathic services are like having a qualified Homeopath readily available in your back pocket.
2024 Initiating Homeopathy Coaching (4 months) Prices:

$85, Acute (for those who aren’t on a monthly plan after initial 4 months has been completed)
My Lecture on “Homeopathy for Strep, a 21st Century approach in the age of antibiotics.”
In April 2024, I will give a lecture at the JAHC (Joint American Homeopathic Conference) on using homeopathy to deal with streptococcus illness. The JAHC is recording this talk and will have it available as a part of their 2024 conference lectures for six months on their website. This talk will be a part of my online learning in the Fall of 2024, and available for everyone to see next year in my Mighty Networks Community.
Description:
It is becoming more well known that the degree of dysbiosis in the human microbiome correlates with the severity of various diseases including metabolic dysfunction, obesity, malnutrition, diabetes, and chronic inflammatory diseases like ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease. The overuse of antibiotics for common illnesses has been recognized as a contributor to this dysbiosis and unnecessary use of antibiotics has been identified as a long-term problem in medicine. Homeopaths have long used homeopathic remedies to address diseases like strep throat, ear infections, UTIs, and other streptococcus illnesses to avoid this unnecessary antibiotic overuse. This lecture will look at how to rethink the purpose of the symptoms of streptococcus to correctly interpret the reason for an infection in order to find the simillimum homeopathic remedy and maintain microbiome heath.

Holistic Homeopathic Pregnancy Classes
Also coming soon will be a monthly live talk just for pregnancy and postpartum. This will be similar to a childbirth education class, but focused on holistic solutions. Cost is $50/month, on par with the going rate of an in-depth Childbirth Education class. Topics include:
