Meet Brooke Doody!
Do you dream of a physical therapist with prior experience in personal training, certification in dry needling, and loves all the same things as you (hiking, climbing, biking, skiing)?
Coming to us from sunny California, Brooke got her DPT from USC in 2021 and undergrad degree in Neuroscience from UC Davis. She thrives in our clinic’s 1 to 1 model by providing patient-specific education, exercises, manual techniques, and clinical expertise. Yesterday Alex and Joel played in the fundraiser golf tournament to raise money and awareness for lung cancer research. Our patient Emily began this tournament 4 years ago during her own battle with lung cancer. An awesome event and a fun time! Our patients are amazing!

It’s Throwback Thursday here at the clinic!

Brittney came to us after surgery for a partial knee replacement in December. Throughout her sessions, we have worked on improving knee range of motion, neuromuscular recruitment, and triplanar stability. She has progressed into more dynamic loading (including step ups, exhibit A above) and was discharged today! She recently completed multiple 5-mile hikes in Sedona without limitation and is fully back to doing the activities she loves. Great job Brittney!
