📢 Important Office Update – Bluebell Health & Wellness

Due to the continued growth in our patient population, we are excited to now offer mobile check-in! Please be on the lookout for an email/text message a few days before your appointment from Phreesia, (THIS IS NOT A SCAM) our new check -in system, which will allow you to register for your appointment from home and at your own convenience. It will also allow you to complete some of the health questions and screeners that are useful to our visit.

If you are unable to complete the mobile check-in, please arrive at your appointment 15 minutes prior to appointment time.
