My Vaseline on steroids. I use it instead of chapstick, and I’m not dependent on it like regular chapstick. It’s amazing for severe dry lips, eczema flare-ups, and irritated skin. I promise this will heal your chapped lips over night. It’s an essential product in my purse.

🌿 Barrier Balance Creamy Cleanser – Face Reality
The perfect winter cleanser. Gentle, hydrating, and soothing for dry, inflamed, or compromised skin. This is a great switch from your summer cleanser.

While you sleep, your skin produces oil and collects bacteria. Cleansing in the AM helps prevent breakouts and preps your skin for the day. Don’t skip it!

Here are summer tips to avoid breakouts in the summer! 🌞

Use a gentle cleanser that removes sweat, oil, and SPF without stripping the skin. My favorites are the Barrier Balance Creamy Cleanser or Ultra Gentle Cleanser by Face Reality.

Use a non-comedogenic sunscreen like TiZO!

Rinse off ASAP after the gym to remove sweat and bacteria.

Avoid wiping sweat or leaning on your hand — this spreads bacteria and causes irritation.

Switch to lightweight products, like the HydraBalance Gel by Face Reality.

Exfoliate regularly to remove dead skin buildup.

Don’t skip moisturizer! Even in summer, your skin needs balance. Hydrated skin means less oil overproduction.

Change your pillowcase and towel often. These soak up oil, sweat, and bacteria — keep them clean to avoid transfer!

Pores are completely normal! They may just look more noticeable in the summer. That doesn’t mean your skin looks “bad” it’s just doing its job.
