This Annual FREE event features an illuminated playground, Hay Rides, SANTA visits, Train Rides on the Kiwanis Miniature Train at Herman Park, Goldsboro NC, Candy Cane FISHING with Partnership For Children of Wayne County/Smart Start, Yummy Food and MORE! ALL is free except train rides & food!
