Our community showed up with strength, heart, and so much good energy. Huge thank you to all of our amazing participants who gave it their all, and to our dedicated volunteers whose guidance and support make this program possible. 💙💪

💪✨ Join Us This Saturday! Adaptive Gym Class – 11/22 ✨💪
We’re gearing up for another energizing Adaptive Gym Class this Saturday, November 22nd - and we’re welcoming both participants and volunteers to join us!
This class is designed for blind and low vision athletes who want to build strength, confidence, and connection in a supportive, inclusive, and encouraging environment.
Volunteers will work one-on-one with participants, offering guidance, motivation, and teamwork throughout the session. No prior experience needed - just a warm heart, a willingness to learn, and a passion for movement!
