So excited to share that a beautiful partnership is blossoming between Westmont of Santa Barbara and the UCSB chapter of The Legacy Project! 🌟 This year, a small group of residents will meet with student matches to swap life stories and experiences. It’s all about fostering intergenerational connections and community engagement, while combating ageism from both ends. Can’t wait to see the friendships that develop and the wisdom that gets shared! 💖✨

What an amazing milestone! Richard’s celebrated his 99th birthday! 🎉 Close friends, caring neighbors, and dedicated staff filled the dining room with an energetic rendition of Happy Birthday that definitely echoed through the halls! Richard bravely served our country in the Navy and still takes his evening walks around the community. Thank you, Richard for sharing your birthday with us! 🥳🎂❤️

Last week was such a special time as we came together to honor the incredible veterans in our community and beyond. It was truly heartwarming to celebrate those who have given so much for our freedom.
