The Ascension Council on Aging is excited to announce the new circuit training class, designed especially for our seniors who want to stay active, is now offered on Tuesday AND Thursday!

This 45-minute, full-body workout includes dumbbell strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and core work — perfect for boosting energy, building strength, and supporting healthy aging.
