Heat affects everyone, but did you know some medications cause patients to have a higher intolerance to heat?

Be sure to increase hydration and decrease full exposure to sun if your medication is on the list.

🥶❄️☃️ Good afternoon! Your team at Pelican Medical hopes you are all staying safe and warm. At this time, we are unsure if we will be open on Thursday January 23rd. Continued freezing temperatures and icy roadways are preventing normal operations. The schools are closed again Thursday and we are waiting to find out if our lab will be operational as well. We will offer telemed appointments Thursday if appropriate to the request and condition.
