So this is what family looks like. You see, they are all coming down the hall to pile around one of their friends rooms so they could sing to her for her birthday since she couldn’t make it out for lunch. With the help of Randall and Kelsey with hospice of Baton Rouge we were able to bring a little bit of birthday joy right to her. After they sang to her they each walked past her door waved and wished her a happy birthday. 🎂 as I watched them walk back down the hall to get ready for bingo and I looked at Mrs. Jeanette who was so touched and I wished her one last happy birthday, I realized that this is the kind of family and community that not everyone gets to experience in their lifetime but I’m sure happy we do!!!

Mr. Randall came during lunch today to sing and encourage our residents. We so greatly appreciate him.
