Last week, patients at Sage Rehabilitation-Outpatient Day Neuro took part in a meaningful outing to the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank.
Food collected by staff and patients was donated to support community members in need 🥫♥️

Spreading Holiday Cheer 🧡🚚

We had the privilege of volunteering with the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank for their Mobile Holiday Pantry, supporting the wonderful residents of the City of St. Gabriel 📦

What an incredible opportunity to give back-our community means everything to us, and we're grateful to serve it whenever we can! 🫶

The Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank serves 11 parishes and, in 2024 alone, distributed 12.8 million meals to people in need.

2025 SALT Fall Health Expo 🩺🎊

Hosted at the Lamar Dixon Expo Center, we were proud to be one of 50+ vendors supporting hundreds of local seniors. From live music and inspiring speakers to free immunizations and health screenings, it was a day filled with connection, wellness, and community 🫶
