In many Latino communities, strength means pushing through, quietly, alone. But what if asking for help is the strongest thing you can do? 💙

91% of Latinos who need help for alcohol use never seek it. Behind that number are real people navigating real pressure, the fear of judgment, the weight of family reputation, the silence that grows over time.

You don't have to keep carrying this alone. Support is available, confidential, compassionate, and in Spanish.

👉 Read our latest blog to learn more about breaking the silence. Click to read full blog.

Why 91% of Latinos don’t seek addiction treatment, how stigma and cultural pressure play a role, and how confidential, Spanish-language support can help.

Idaho Gives is coming.

From May 4–7, communities across Idaho will come together to support nonprofits changing lives.

At The Walker Center, we see every day how recovery restores lives, but right now, only 1 in 7 people struggling with addiction receive the treatment they need.

You can help change that.

Your impact:
• $100 = counseling sessions
• $500 = a full day of treatment
• $1,000 = helps someone begin recovery

It wants everything you’ve ever loved, everything you’ve ever worked for, everything that’s ever meant something to you. And once it has all of that — it wants you.

That’s what substance use disorder looks like. Our outpatient counselor Mike has seen it. And he has something to say about it.

Don’t listen to the monster. Reach out. Get help. Seek recovery.

When someone you love is navigating substance use disorder, you're going through it too.

Our Family Program exists because recovery doesn't happen in isolation. It happens in relationship — with the people who matter most.

You deserve support as much as they do. 💛
