🌟 Exciting News from Rains Chiropractic! 🌟

I’m thrilled to share a personal milestone with you all! Over the past year, I've been on a transformative fitness journey, losing over 70 pounds and rediscovering the power of physical health. My love for physical fitness started back in middle and high school which helped me reach my dream of playing college football, and after a period of inactivity while I was finishing Chiropractic School, I committed myself to getting back on track.

Now, I’m excited to announce that I’ve earned my Certified Personal Training (CPT) certificate! This means that, in addition to chiropractic care, I’ll soon be offering personalized exercise and nutrition coaching right here at the office!

I’m excited to work with individuals of any age or gender, from young athletes and high schoolers aiming for collegiate sports, to those who simply want to improve how they look and feel. Whether you're looking to get stronger, pursue athletic goals, or make a positive change in your life, I’m here to help!

October is Medical Ultrasound Awareness Month!

We at Rains Chiropractic want to recognize everyone who works in sonography and the important role they play in modern healthcare.

We also want to highlight someone especially important to us, Mauri Rains. She’s not only an incredible sonographer, wife, and mother, but also a key part of what makes Rains Chiropractic run smoothly every day.

From organizing events and managing social media to baking everyone’s favorite cookies, Mauri keeps things moving behind the scenes. We can’t say enough about how much she’s appreciated both here at the office and in the medical field as a whole.
