It's Official: We Excel At Resident Care!
The most recent state survey has found our community to be completely deficiency-free - and you can't do any better than perfect!
When a community receives a deficiency-free survey from the state's Division of Health Service Regulation, it means you and your loved ones can expect the highest level of care in an optimum setting. A deficiency-free survey means state surveyors found zero deficiencies and confirmed that we are meeting or exceeding all state requirements for care, services, and environment.
State inspectors arrive unannounced and, over a period of several hours to an entire day, observe care and procedures as well as check for compliance to regulations on care, confidentiality, cleanliness, resident rights, and quality of services. The process also includes interviews with residents, residents' family members, and community employees.
We could not have accomplished this milestone without our collaborative team approach to care and our amazing, dedicated, and conscientious staff.
This is a huge accomplishment for our community, and we could not be more proud of this recognition because it proves what we have always known: we are holding to our single-minded purpose of providing the best life possible and ensuring our residents are safe, happy, and healthy. 🤍

At Pebble Creek Assisted Living & Memory Care, we understand how difficult it can be to find the perfect assisted living environment for your loved one. Our experienced and compassionate team is trained and prepared to care for those who suffer from a wide range of physical challenges, as well as dementia and Alzheimer’s, until the end of life. We focus on providing assistance, activities, and socialization so that all of our residents receive the individualized care they require to remain comfortable at all times.
We genuinely believe we’re set apart from other assisted living homes. Most large assisted-living facilities focus their attention on amenities, but what they call amenities are often features that you or your loved one may not use. Too many aging individuals get stuck leading inactive lives without stimulating conversations, personal attention, or without having their opinions make a true difference.
In the comfort of our home, every resident is an important, active member. Our costs are 100% all-inclusive and are based on the needs of a small group instead of a large community with a huge staff. We don’t constantly change our rates or scam you with expensive add-ons. We maintain a healthy resident-to-caregiver ratio day and night, and there’s no bureaucracy. Residents never have to accept the lowest common denominator when it comes to their quality of life.
