There’s something really special that happens in a room when people say yes to themselves.

Yesterday wasn’t just a class.
It was a shift.

Every person in this photo made a quiet but powerful decision to come back home to their own hands… their own energy… their own ability to heal.

And you could feel it.

There were moments where the room went still in that way that’s hard to explain unless you’ve experienced it.

Breaths softened.
Shoulders dropped.
Something deeper came online.

That’s Reiki.

Not something given…
but something remembered.

These beautiful souls have now completed Reiki Level 1 through the International Center for Reiki Training, stepping into a lifelong relationship with self-healing, awareness, and energy that flows through all things.

And now… the real journey begins.

The next 21 days is where it integrates.
Where hands meet heart daily.
Where subtle becomes undeniable.

I already know there are going to be stories.
Breakthroughs.
Quiet miracles that only they will fully understand.
And I can’t wait to hear every single one of them.

Watching people open like this… it never gets old. Not once.

To this group… I see you. I honor you.
And I am so proud of you.

I once heard that it bumble bees shouldn’t be able to fly based on some calculation on wings and body weight decades ago. But obviously they can. It’s interesting…because it reminds me of all the things that at one point we were made to believe were fiction only to find them to be fact.
