I ran 5 miles barefoot in the rain this morning… and then life handed me a rainbow. 🌈

It reminded me of something I wish someone had told me years ago:
You are not the storm you’re moving through.
You are not the chaos, the grief, the drama, or the trauma.
You are not your coping patterns, your programming, or the mask you wear to survive.

Underneath all of it…
You are the rainbow.
Most of us forget that because life buries us under expectations, conditioning, and “be strong” bullsh*t. But your True Self never leaves. It doesn’t disappear. It just waits for you to remember.
