I failed at losing weight in 2024.
My hormones were a mess, my cortisol was shot, my sleep was non-existent, I fell off my normal eating and workouts. I was in survival mode.
I tried Semaglutide and hated it. I was losing weight, but only because I was so sick I couldn’t eat. I was also so chronically fatigued I’d fall asleep at 6 pm. So I stopped and gained those 5 lbs back.
In 2025, I decided to do something different. I needed to get my body and hormones right first.
I prioritized my sleep, daily movement, tracked my calories, increased my protein, and just focused on fueling my body instead of the number on the scale. It was working.
After 4 months, I added back in Tirzepatide and completely changed the game. The weight was steadily dropping, my inflammation was down, cycles were back to normal and I had next to no side effects.
I lost 27 lbs in 2025 - as a busy toddler mom, fiancée and business owner. If I can do it, you can too.
