Christmas doesn’t come with just one feeling. Joy and grief, gratitude and stress, connection and exhaustion can all exist at the same time — and that doesn’t make your experience wrong.
You’re allowed to feel thankful and still feel tired. You’re allowed to enjoy moments while also struggling. Every emotion deserves space and understanding.
