COVID19 vaccines are now available at Springhall Family Practice! Please go to https://libertydoctors.com/vaccine/ to schedule an appointment through the VAMS System. If you are unable to schedule an appointment online, please contact our office at 854-429-1906 and a member of our staff will help you. Vaccines are available to everyone in the community that are ages 16 years old and up. You DO NOT have to be a patient of Dr. Campbell to receive your vaccines at this location.
