Not going to lie… this winter was a tough one for me…. Seasonal affect disorder kicked my butt…

Woke up to Maine public radio explaining the “1 more hour initiative” by HINGE dating app to get people to spend IRL in real life…. One more hour a week interacting with people OFF their phone.
