In April 2018 I had injured my foot and after the podiatrist saw my feet, (extreme flat feet, plantar fasciitis and a large bunion on big toe) she prescribed wearing arch supports in an effort to delay major reconstruction foot surgery that would lay me up for 8 weeks with a year of recovery time, and no guarantees. I’m 64 yrs old and the arch supports threw my entire skeletal structure out of whack. I went from walking every day to barely able to walk to the mailbox. I tried physical therapy for months with no success. I tried occupational therapy, unsuccessfully.
