This could be your last year you ever say this to yourself...here me out ladies...
Do you catch yourself saying you got slow metabolism? Well that's because of the loss of muscle mass, which typically begins by age 30 and declines significantly the older you become that consequently affect metabolism including other metabolic processes accordingly to research.
So , if you want to increase your metabolism, you need to eat adequate amount of protein, stay active regularly, and engage in resistance training ( any of strength training).
There you have your way out to improving hormonal balance, including fat loss, healthy weight management ladies π
Sometimes it's not your metabolism. It's what you are not doing and how it's affecting your metabolism. Don't give up on yourself..you deserve to feel and look good π
