Mushrooms are amazing. This is really fascinating.

Im not a fan of unregulated LLM AI but I also recognize its here to stay, technology isn't going away. And if we can solve the environmental problems and regulate the social ones, we might just be able to find a beneficial balance for the planet and humanity.

This image really struck me.

Many of us hold ourselves to impossibly high and unattainable standards. But we're just human, and growth is part of the experience.

Learning to forgive ourselves for not meeting unrealistic expectations is often the first step to being able to move on.
