Happy Thanksgiving from Ryan’s Place.

Today, our hearts are especially with the incredible staff who walk beside grieving children, teens, adults, and families. Their compassion and commitment during some of life’s most difficult moments is the foundation of everything we do.

We’re also deeply thankful for every person and family who comes through our doors. We know the holidays can be hard when you’re grieving, and we’re honored you trust us to walk with you. Being part of your healing journey is a privilege.

We are deeply grateful to Carol and Doug Jarvis for the generous donation of a baby grand piano to Ryan’s Place. This meaningful gift will bring warmth, comfort, and peaceful moments to the children and families we serve.

Yesterday, Ryan’s Place had the pleasure of hosting our friends from the Elkhart Rotary Club. We are so thankful for the opportunity to welcome them into our beautiful new space and share our mission of offering hope and healing to grieving children, teens, and families.

At Ryan’s Place, we strive to provide a safe, compassionate space where no one has to navigate grief alone and we’re grateful for community partners who care about this work as much as we do.

Since moving into our new building, we’ve seen something truly beautiful begin to unfold. The space itself has become part of the healing, a place where children, teens, and families can breathe, reflect, create, and find comfort in ways that speak uniquely to them.

Watching kids light up as they discover new ways to express their feelings has been nothing short of incredible. Their joy, even in the midst of grief, reminds us why this work matters.

As we prepare for Giving Tuesday on December 2nd, we invite you to keep these families close to your heart.
