Matt tried to get them out of the barn but they were to scared. Any donation helps. Our vendor from Velvet Acre Farm will be collecting the donations.

A reminder to please join us this coming Saturday the 14th from 2 to5 pm, when Theo will be presenting "To study the self, : a workshop focused on the basics of ayurveda, the indic science of wellbeing.

There will be minimal, optional Asana throughout the workshop. Most of the practice will be discussion, journaling, and reflection!

We will learn about the doshas (the various energies of the body), agni (digestion), and dhatu (caring for the tissues of the body like the skin and bones).

All are welcome regardless of experience, faith, or ability. Wellness is for EVERYONE! Namaste!

The dontation is suggested an offering within your means is always acceptable.

one amazing and easy thing to do to support farmers, including Meraki Farmacy, is to use your resources of trust, connection, time, attention and intention to tell the folks of central PA and beyond that this farm is here to disrupt harm, restore relationships, give a direct experience of safety and nourishment.

yes, you can make a difference, through amplifying the work and service of someone whose work personally benefits you and brings great value to the community.

I ran into someone who admitted they have been avoiding taking action / follow up / doing anything other than keeping their head down and doing their thing because it’s all just too much.
Babe. You’re not special.
There is no end point of place or capacity or fixed state where then you’ll be ready and available and at peace or some really weird ideas that have to be planted in your mind with the intention of keeping you ungrounded and isolated and hopeless.

The time is now. It is here. It is now. It is here. It is us.

I talk to people all the time. I hear it all.

If you are sincere about not doing empire work, if you are sincere about community building, if you are sincere when you say once again - Lu keeps calling me out -
I AM CALLING YOU IN!
In back to your body. In to your agency. In to your cognitive sovereignty. In to conversation. In to action. In to existing networks of mutual aid and care as currency.

I keep calling. Because if not now, when. If not us, who.

I am so CONFIDENT in these frameworks and what we are doing that we have solutions and manuals and the time and the space and the clarity of mission and the honestly, what else are we here to do?
