The Coltsfoot blossoms are very large and glorious this year! So useful for enhancing flexibility, of all sorts. The leaves that come after the bloom ends are useful for respiratory congestion, so am trusting that this flower essence will support our lungs if challenged by Covid 19 or asthma. I love using it when I feel stuck in my own mind and want to move forward..this piece excites me!
I will be bottling later if you want me to send some!

I have been making lots of wild White Yarrow essence this week. I'm feeling grateful for nature providing abundance just when it's needed. Yarrow helps us keep our boundaries strong, energetic and physical, needed so we remember who we really are. I'll be treating my yard this evening with it, as a reminder to the deer that my raspberry bushes are not just for them...I'll leave a patch that they are welcome to and mist the rest each day until they hear me.
